Our MISSILE-1325HP02 ATC cnc wood router is extremely heavy duty work center with Taiwan carousel tool magazine that features high speed precision positioning.

1. The MISSILE Series Router is a fast and precise, three axes moving bridge style machine. A moving bridge machine is ideal for a smaller shop because the footprint is only slightly bigger than the work size of the machine. 

1.1     The X axis moves the spindle head left to right across the bridge.

1.2     The Y axis moves the bridge front to back.

1.3      The Z axis moves the spindle up and down.

2. It can be equipped with automatic unloading system that makes it a work cell with very high productivity for furniture and all kind of panel machining!

2.Question: How can i find a machine which can satify my requirement within my budget? Which one is the right one for me?

First lets answer the following questions.

1)What type of materials do you plan to cut or engrave?

2)What is the most complex design you foresee cutting?

The complexity of the design is another important considerations. What is meant by this is primarily the overall size and depth of cut per axis. Do you plan to use the machine for cutting, carving, drilling, or all of the above?

3)What kind of tolerances do you need to hold?

Now this is something that I am sure you have already considered but it is still worth discussing. A router is capable of leaving a near perfect finish while surfacing and overall the tolerances are good. A decent machine, you should expect a tolerance of .001" or better for a given distance.
